Hot Stamp

ALLOWS BATCH CODES TO BE HOT STAMPED (MELTED) IN THE TOP OF THE CONTAINER
The unit attaches to the left hand side of the test head mast and can be easily adjusted in 3 axes to position the hot stamp unit above the bottle.

The unit has it own mains power lead and switch to power the heating element in the unit and comes complete with a temperature and controller.

The hot stamp head is lifted up and down by a guided pneumatic cylinder and is controlled via the main controller.

Two times are used, one to delay the hot stamp coming down after the test cycle starts and other controls the duration of the hot stamp is held down.

The timers are easily accessed from our MENU system and the function can be disabled from here when not required.
