Fallen Bottle Ejection and Detection

Fallen Bottle Detection and Ejection - a unit that can be used up or down stream of a leak detector. Mainly used downstream to stop fallen bottles clogging the entry to labellers and printers.
This is a separate unit that can be bolted onto an existing conveyor.

It has two photo sensors to check if a bottle has fallen.

Once detected the bottle is ejcted from the conveyor by a pneumatic cyclinder.

The time the ejection cylinder is extended and the period from detection to actuation is adjustable via the menu system.

The fallen bottle system is supplied with a 6m ( or longer) cable that plugs into the leak detector cabinet for air and electrical control.
