Twin Neck Test Head

TWIN NECK TEST HEAD - VARIABLE ANGLE, VARIABLE CENTRE - USED WITH THE 30 LD TO SEAL THE SECOND NECK ON DRUMS WITH ONE ENTRY THAT IS ANGLED.
This option is controlled by the solenoid valve that works the test head, the head sealing the angled neck comes down first and then the second vertical head.

The reed switch is placed on the second head that comes down to start the charge air.

The head can be reversed to cope with a leading or trailing neck.

This concept can be adapted to work on twin neck containers from small to large volumes and can be varied to suit your particular adaptation.
