Inclusion / Web Neck Testing

INCLUSION / WEB NECK TESTING - SOFTWARE IS BUILT INTO EVERY LEAK DETECTOR TO ADD AN INCLUSION HEAD FOR TESTING FOR PLASTIC INSIDE THE NECK.
What is inclusion testing?

The inclusion head is an optional extra. This head has a sliding probe that enters the neck of the bottle as the test head comes down.

If the probes is stopped by an inclusion or web plastic in the neck then the probe slides up inside the head activating a sensor.

The test is then aborted and the bottle ejected.

All of our leak detectors can be retrofitted with an inclusion head, the software is built into the controller.

The head just replaces the standard head and with the screw on tips one head can be used to test bottles with different neck diameters and neck lengths.
